Her academic and professional background is extensive, holding a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Saint Leo University.

Tanya has achieved several of the industry’s most respected credentials, including the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation from the Hartford School of Insurance. She also maintains her Florida General Lines (2-20) and Florida Life & Variable Annuity (2-14) licenses, allowing her to assist clients with a wide range of insurance requirements.

Her commitment to the Tampa Bay area is demonstrated through her leadership and service. Tanya is a dedicated member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), Greater Tampa Realtors (GTR), and the Pinellas Realtors Organization (PRO).
